Live and SandboxChoose the right space

Live is the shared tracker your pet sees. Sandbox is an isolated practice space. Always check the mode before changing points, tasks or rewards.

Spendable rewardsRequested → Used
  1. Requested: points are deducted once and held for this reward.
  2. Approved: optional confirmation that you accepted the request.
  3. Ready: you have made the reward available; the request stays active for handoff.
  4. Used: your pet confirms receipt/use, closing the request.

Decline and refund returns the exact reserved points. Ready and Used never charge again.

Pause modeWhat stops and what stays

Pause freezes task deadlines and reward actions without deleting anything. Check-ins and comments on existing tasks remain available. Resuming shifts open deadlines by the paused duration.

Check-insMood, energy and safety

Mood, energy and safety are connection signals, not scores. Yellow asks for attention. Red means stop and make direct contact—the tracker is not an emergency alert service.

Tasks and commentsOffer, submit and review

Offer a task, then your pet can accept, pass or submit it. Approval-mode tasks wait for your decision. Comments stay attached to that task so context is not lost.

Pet accessSafe one-use links

Open Pet links and generate a fresh Live or Sandbox link. Each link works once for ten minutes, creates a revocable pet session, then redirects to a clean URL.
